"I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agent. We moved a couple years ago, We gave them an entire months notice in advance to transfer our renters insurance from one apartment to another, and they failed to complete the request. As a result, we were unable to move in on time and had to purchase temporary renters insurance out of pocket just to proceed. Additionally, we were charged on our policy for an accident that was not our fault, which added unnecessary frustration and cost. When we decided to switch agents due to these issues, the situation escalated further. The agency sent a cancellation notice directly to our landlord without properly coordinating with us, and even contacted our new agent to discuss our account, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, the lack of follow-through, accountability, and professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this agency based on how our situation was handled."
